Information you send us

When you submit a question, home value request or referral request, we receive the contact and property details you enter. We use them to respond, arrange the requested conversation and keep a record of the inquiry.

Where inquiries are handled

Website inquiries are stored in our inquiry system. Our email and customer relationship systems may also process the request so our team can respond and follow up. Service providers supporting website hosting, email and customer relationship management process information for those functions.

Referrals to an independent provider

The home equity form asks for permission to share your request with Sabra Jouett at Stride Bank. Submitting a general property question is not permission to share it as a financing referral. Independent providers have their own privacy practices.

Worksheets and planning tools

Maintenance worksheets, trip budgets and property research choices stay in your browser unless you download them or send an inquiry. Keep downloaded files private. Do not include passwords, account numbers, Social Security numbers or private financial reports in our forms.

Maps and external websites

The sales map loads mapping resources from external providers. Those requests can include technical information such as your IP address. Links to property searches, reviews, public records and service providers open websites with their own data practices. BFG does not receive your activity or contact information from those sites merely because you follow a link.
